2001 Chevy Silverado 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 110000 miles

I recently performed a tune up on my 2001 silverado pickup. replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, new rotor and ignition coil. now there is no power going to starter and rest of vehicle. checked terminal cables and battery was tested for effectiveness. still no crank, just starter clicking and no power to rest of truck.how do I trouble shoot it with out tearing out the cables and replacing them since visual inpection revealed no deteriotion or burn out.

how did you test the battery and the cables. it sounds liike a bad connection at the battery.
