i had to replace the rear passenger ball joint and was suuccessful although i need help trying to get it alligned so i can put the bolts back in what do i do.

You may have taken on a job that is beyond the ability of most as far as having the correct tools for the job. A large pry bar(3 foot) and a line up bar are all I have ever needed, that and a big hammer.
