Hello

BMW 300 turbo diseal came in this morning not running
Put the scanner onit and the codes were
P1260 + P09f6 were displaied
I looked the codes up and i'M getting loads of differebt answers...
Can anyone help???

The P1260 code shows a possibility of theft deterrent as the source, there is also a fuel cut-off issue that is possible, what scanning device are you using to extract these codes?

I'm using the snap on solus

Ivgot fuel comming up and out of the filter into the inj pump but its not going from the pump to the injectors

could it be the solinoid on the pump?

My response to your question is yes, however I am in the US market and BMW does not offer the diesel power plant here yet and I am unsure of how much assistance I can be. I would say the Snap-on scanner would be fine for most applications, but it will only tell you what is being generated from a generic standpoint. If you can get access to the proprietary BMW software (it's called a GT-1) and access the codes, I could be of better aid to your issue.

the fault on that bmw for a interminten fault on the lift pump chandged it and the car is running fine..
