2001 Audi A6 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 93,000 miles

It's 10 below zero with wind chill and my back electric car window won't close beyond 2/3 of the way. It will move to 1/3 of the way up or 2/3 but not move past 2/3 of the way. I'm parked in the sun hoping the heat and day's increasing temperature will help but any ideas? It was a darn cold ride to work! Front passenger window works, other 2 are "frozen" closed.
