2001 Audi A4 Turn Signal Flasher

Electrical problem 2001 Audi A4 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 73000 miles ---------------------------------------------------------------- The turn signals stopped working. All the bulbs are fine, but I get only one click when I push the turn signal stick. The Hazard flasher is working. I figure the problem is the turn signal flasher. It sounds like its behind the dash. How do I get to it?
