My 2001 acura El (170,000 KM) is sluggish first when I start out. Two weeks ago I drove though water that was up to the doors and since then it seems like it wants to shut off first when I start driving. after the first few min's it seems to be fine. Any ideas what it may be?

We have check the filters and coils and no codes are showing on the computer.

One item that people forget about when they submerse much of the under part of the car is the O2 sensor that is living down there. That is where I would start. If you didn't get water into the engine's intake that had to be submerged under water.
