Shakes or Wobbles problem

hi;
am using a TOYOTO RAV4, in stops, always shakes and in acceleration when the temprature of the engines comes up from "cool" to the middle, it rippes and wobbles.
I have taken the car sooner than the schedule for routine services but no changes.
mostly in junction stops in turns off!!!
your hints will be appreciated
