Engine Mechanical problem
2000 Toyota 4Runner 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100120 miles

I change oil for my 2000 4runner regularly. One day I noticed that the engine block is not in horizantally level positon, but leans to the left if facing the car. I took it to one repair shop, the tech told me it's designed like that. I took it to Toyota dealer where I bought. The answer is the same. Please advise!
