Noises problem
2000 Subaru Outback 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 105000 miles

I replaced the belts in my subaru about 6 weeks ago for an inspection. recently when I start it up it is making a very loud squeeking noise when I first start it up and when you turn the wheel, I checked the belts and they don't seem to be worn to bad, could the belts be too tight or loose or coudl this be a power steering problem?
