Engine Performance problem
2000 Saab 9-3 repair Question 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 114000 miles

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS STARTING THE VEHICLE, I HAVE CHECKED THE RELAYS FOR THE FUEL SYSTEM AND FUSES. I HAVE TURNED THE KEY TO THE RUN POSITION AND I MEASURE 12v TO THE FUEL PUMP, BRIEFLY, IN 2sec THE ENGINE MANAGEMENT RELAY KICKS OUT AND THE DISPLAY SHOWS THE CENTRAL WARNING LIGHT, BATTERY AND OIL LIGHTS. I HAVE NO TROUBLE CODES SHOWING. CAN YOU HELP?

Do below and tell me what's missing fuel or spark?

Disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors-
