engin problem , any help here

Hi everybody

Iam happy to find you .

I have a car 1988 opel kadet , engin size 1600CC

Iam having a bad problem with my car engin , when the engin is cold its shiver and not stable , its stay like this after the heat height then it back stable , i did try to repair manythings like the engin basments but not solved .

I hope to find here any sugesstion or to know whats the problem.

Engine basements - are you referring to the motor mounts? I would suspect them. Given the age of the vehicle, they could be drying out and weak. They may look fine but don't let that fool you.

I would check the egr valve and the pcv.

What you need to determine is whether this is a engine performance problem or a mounting issue.

hi

thank you for your replay .

iam sorry sir , iam not that good in cars english words.

the motor mounts i replaced them with new one but the problem didnt solved the same .

the problem not performance , the motor is strong , but as i told you whenever the motor cold its shiver alot .

Not a problem, I think I understood you just fine.
