Electrical problem

I drive a jeep grande cherokee laredo. Recently it started surging right at 50mph until about 60mph. It is very consistant. I have had brake flush, trans flush, coolant flush, power steering flush, spark plugs replaced, carbon filter cleaning???, nothing working. Someone mentioned possible Idle air control valve replacement. I dont seem to notice a difference with the air cond. turned off though?????????
