I have a 2000 chrysler Neon that will not crank, the first time this happened i was driving down the road and the car stalled and all gages went out, the car then gave me a error code p1684, after about ten minutes the car would start. now the car will not crank at all and has been sitting for over a week, I try to put the car into the diagonistic mode and it won't even do that for me anymore, can someone help me out please.
