Transmission problem
2000 Oldsmobile Bravada 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 185000 miles
Thae transmission is slipping in my 2000 bravada. checked the tranny fluid and its over full. do you think its the pump? |

First, remove the excess fluid. See if that takes care of the problem.

With 180,000 miles the transmission is due for a rebuild.I rebuild transmissions so it more then likely that your clutches are slipping.I rebuilt my 1997 Bravada at 142,000 miles. |

I do agree with ad142314, it could just need rebuilt. Have you tried to remove the excessive fluid? Did it make any changes? |
