blower motor runs all the time and the manual button on climate control doesn't affect it from runing like it is still in automate climate control. It still maintains preset tempeture, the heat comes out and when it hits the preset tempeture the motor speeds up and cold air blows. What could be the problem?

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM NOW, WHAT DID YOU DO TO FIX IT, I EVEN CHECKED ALL FUSES AND NOW WILL NOT BLOW AT ALL, PLEASE HELP, ALSO POWER STERRING IS TIGHT AND OVER HEAD DIRECTION WILL NOT COME ON.
