Electrical problem
2000 Jeep Cherokee V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles

The horn on my jeep stopped working, I replaced the fuse which had blown, and the horn still doesn't work. I checked the harness and checked for power by using the key fob to activate the horn when the door locks, and did have power. I have two horns but niether one works?
