Engine Performance problem
2000 Hyundai Sonata 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 97350 miles

i will be driving along and my car jolts and jerks, then the engine light comes on. after this, the car has a hard time accerating.

For starters have the PCM (computer) scanned for codes, Autozone will do it for free. If the PCM sees a problem it will store a code that will help in diagnosing the problem, get back with the exact codes
