2000 Honda Accord Timing Belt

Noises problem
2000 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 16000 miles

Hi,
I just had my timing belt replace, but now the engine seems to be louder and vibrating...I have to shift gears quicker than I did before. Is it possible that the timing was set incorrectly??...It sounds totally different than what it did before. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you have two belts and they should be both changed
I suspect the balance shaft is misalign
