Air Conditioning problem
2000 GMC Sierra V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 82000 miles

MY GMC 2500 has stopped putting out cold air. I had a person look at it. He was unable to recharge unit. because high pressure port and low pressure ports are locted on the same line. Reads highpressure and will not let you put refrigerant in system. I need to know what the procedure is to do this with both ports located on the same line.
