2000 GMC Sierra Are my front wheel bearings going out?

Tires and Wheels problem
2000 GMC Sierra V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 108000 miles

I just bought a 2000 GMC Sierra Z-71, and while driving, i can feel a little vibration from side to side in the steering. It feels like it's comming from the hubs, but i'm not sure? Also, throttle linkage on the top of the motor sticks when i first push it down and makes it hard to push the pedal smoothly. I sprayed it with some silicone lubricant, but it feels almost like a magnent. what are some easy fixes for that? Thanks.

If this is a vibration/hum that changes when you vere right or left it may be. What speeds is this occuring at? And is if more felt or more heard?
Do the tires have a chapped wear to them if you run your hands over the treads perimeter?

You need to access the inisde of the throttle body through the bore. Using a plastic brush and a carb cleaner spray can, clean out the throttle bore and the plate. Look under tune up in this site and it will illustrate.

IT IS USUALLY WHEN I TURN, AND IT'S NOT A HUM OR VIBRATION, BUT MORE OF A QUICK SIDE TO SIDE JERK, LIKE SOMEONE IS HITTING THE TIRE WITH A HAMMER. I CAN ALSO FEEL THE SAME THING WHILE DRIVING STRAIGHT WHEN I GO OVER BUMPS. THE TIRES DO HAVE ABOUT 70% WEAR, AND I WILL BE REPLACING THEM SOON. BUT I DON'T THINK IT'S THE TIRES CAUSING THIS.
