Brakes problem
2000 GMC C1500 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 240000 miles

Abs does not work. Did not work when we purchased vehicle. Fuse was pulled, had vehicle checked by dealer and needs new abs pump.

We have replaced front pads and rotors. Replaced rear pads, caliper and rotors. Used top of the line Napa parts.

System was bleed.

We have not repaired the abs system yet.

Suggestions???

Check front end parts for play, and your tires for a shifted belt. If you have a steering stailzer(shock looking) my money would be on that.
