Interior problem

I have a problem with both rear power windows not operating either from the driver door or the rear doors. I can't find any fuse for the windows. I have looked in the fuse box under the dash as well as under the hood. Nothing is marked as power windows rear. The driver side rear is half down and won't move. It has never happened before and I am at a loss as to why it happened with both windows all of a sudden.
