strange vibration from wheels

Hi,
I have an Alfa 156 SW 1,9 8Valves diesel fueled, turbocharged engine, year 2003 with 72,000 kmeters. Since I bought it, there is a strange vibration from wheels. I can feel it so clearly by my hands on the steering wheel, when I drive at about 60/70 Km/h. I tried to equilibrate wheels, replace tyres and rim but vibration remains. What can I do? Thanks in advance.
