Ive got a new 2007 Acura RDX and am wondering if this is a normal noise. I come to a stop sign or stop light and brake. When I release the brake to go I hear a "noise" just for a second. Is this just the brake pads sticking to the rotors? Is it normal? I have no other noise when using the brakes. Thanks.
That is what it sounds like, being a 2007 there could be a little build up on the rotors. When you have the car serviced bring it up to the mechanic or you can take it to them now if you feel uncomfortable with the way it sounds.
