Only had car for 2 months, One day after a heavy rain notice water on front left floor area. Shop vac'd it up. Drove car later and (anti-lock light was on) push button switch on dash w/ no change, just the sound of the relay clicking. I then drove a few mile seemed OK. Then coming to a corner, hit the brake pedal, and it was ridgid or stiff, no braking. Then I tapped on & off on the pedal. It seem like the brakes came back. I am not OK w/ driving the car again w/o having an idea of what could cause these things.
1st (anti-lock light stays on)
2nd ( ridgid or stiff brake pedal) no braking

Please help with any ideas....................
