Engine Mechanical problem
2003 BMW 330 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 105000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
This is a long story but bear with me. On the 330 we just removed the RMS supercharger kit. Returning the car back to stock. In the process of taking off of the jack stands... the owner of the car jacked the car up by the oil pan accidentally. There is no damage to the oil pan, but as soon as we started driving the car, a massive oil leak started on the rear passenger side of the valve cover. I pulled the valve cover off to inspect the seal. But there is no visible deterioration and was in good condition. But I replaced the valve cover and it is still leaking. Badly from the same spot. I checked and rechecked all the work we did removing the superchargr kit, and all of the oil lines to see if they were being blocked anywhere... or if we did something wrong (besides jacking it up from the worst possible place) and I cant find anything. I replaced the valve cover gasket with a brand new one and resealed it, and there is still oil coming out.

I request you clean the engine and inspect for the cause of the leak. One that big should be easy to spot. Did you pinch the gasket going back on?
