Engine Cooling problem
2003 Audi Quattro 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 100,00 miles

Check engine light is on. Both fans running constantly. All fluids ok, and car runs fine. Also Innova 3100 OBD2 code reader will not work on this car as 5 sec after linking an "err" mesage appears. Works fine on 2000 VW Jetta etc. ??? What gives...thought these readers were to be universal by gov't standards or is Audi being unethically snotty about this??
