The tools that you might find necessary are 1. a 7MM Allen wrench or socket 2. a large pair of channel lock pliers 3. a regular flat screwdriver, 6-8 inches ought to do 4. an 18mm wrench for removing the caliper holder 5. A wire brush for scrubbing the metal to metal contact areas 6. some anti-seize compound. The 18mm wrench isn't needed unless the rotors are going to be removed/replaced. You will need to be able to remove the wheels and have the vehicle secured so that it is safe to work under, remove the wheels, remove the anti-rattle clip, push the piston back into the caliper and remove the dust caps that protect the caliper pins, remove the pins with the 7mm Allen wrench, remove the caliper and finish pushing the piston all the way into the caliper, clean all contact areas and apply a bit of anti-seize to the contact areas as well as where the pads come in contact with the piston and the caliper, reassemble and test drive. Also, if the sensors are not reusable and are replaced with new, in order to extinguish the brake warning lamp on the dash, turn the key to the "run" position, but do not start the car. It takes 30-60 seconds for the reset procedure.
