Electrical problem
2001 BMW 525 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 70,000 miles

I have 2001 BMW 525i, my dashboard indicators (speedometer, gas indicator, signal lights etc..) doesn’t work, I can start the car and drive but all dashboard indicators starts go crazy. If I leave the car over night, next day everything goes to normal for a week. This behavior is on and off.

I have taken the car to service and they replaced my battery and ignition switch stating that the problem will go away, but the problem still happens. Any advise?

Replacement of the KOMBI may be in order. The Germans call the instrument cluster the KOMBI.
