2000 BMW 323 Automatic

I own a 2000 323i

my problem is that my car chokes whether im driving or in park...for eg when im parked RPM will be at 1000 then jumps to 1300 then back down to 1000 and constantly repeats itself.. while im driving for eg.. lets say im at 2000 RPM it will go up to 2400 then back down to 1900 then up to 2300 and keeps going up and down till i floor it which makes it stop chokeing...but then after a while it starts up again!

ive replaced the MAF, O2 sensor and one ignition coil and NO success!

If there are faults present you need to read them out and repost please.
