I have a 2000 A8 and the power door locks and remote stopped working. 3 fuses appear to be involved in the door lock system and the related systems on these fuses work (ie windows, lights, etc). Is this the door lock pump? If so, where is it located and how do you replace.

Pump is located in rear boot.

If any door actuator is faulty/leaking the whole system is affected. You need to check and isolate each door actuator if the pump is working.
