2000 Audi A4 All Wheel Drive Automatic 100,00 miles

Our window has been squeaking upon putting down and up for a while now. Today i put the window down and it won't go up. I can't even pull it up manually. This oviously makes the car a target for thieves. I would appreciate some advice. I need to atleast get the window up. does something like this cost a lot of money?

A quick fix would be to get a twizzer like tool and pull up the window and use a piece of cardboard paper to keep it up in the meantime. VW/Audi have very faulty electronic windows. you need to take out the panel and place it back securely. you can do it urself i know how/have the tools, but should not be that expensive if you take it to the shop.
