Shakes or Wobbles problem

A couple of weeks ago, my truck starting idling rough, then under acceleration below 2500 rpm, the truck would stutter, not wanting to accelerate. Once it gets above 2500 rpm, the problem seems to disappear. It happens in every gear. There is also a really bad smell and the radiator is burning a lot of antifreeze. What do you think is the problem?

Have you checked the Oil? Is it over full and/or milky looking? If so most likely you have a Blown Head Gasket. That would explain the Anti-freeze being low if there is no signs of a leak.

If the above is good then check your radiator for air bubbles and exhaust smell if there is bubbling in the radiator and/or there is a order or smell of exhaust coming from the radiator this to indicates a Blown Head Gasket.
