Transmission problem
1997 Audi A6 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 112000 miles
The car was running and shifting fine and a problem just started one day. The tranny doesnt want to shift and the rpm's are very high at low speeds. At 60 mph the rpm's are over 4000? What can I check?
The only thing that you can do is check the oil level, and get a scan done, modern transmissions are very complex items and need special equipment to diagnose these problems, go see trans specialist for a test and report.
