the motor turns on but it has a noise on the valve

Hi there,

your car is fitted with hydraulic valve lifters, one will have failed or has a blocked valve due to dirty oil, try a flush with a quality engine flush and see if this cleans out the lifter enough for it to operate, otherwise the lifter will have to be replaced, i would be replacing the set if you head down this path.
