1996 BMW 318 car turns off no reason

Engine Performance problem
1996 BMW 318 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 120k miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have taken my car in several times and no one seems to be able to diagnose the problem. Car runs fine and randomly just shuts down and turns off. I have had the valvees/plugs replaced and a fan replaced, nothing has helped.

Any thoughts, ideas would be soo appreciated.
