When I do a cold start my car is idling rough, only when I do a cold start. Could this be caused by the intake gasket. I just found out my spark plugs are very worn. Could it be the spark plugs. If it were the intake gasket when it only do this during a cold start?
Try replacing the spark plugs and see if that helps. Removing the manifold without knowing for sure there is a leak is a questionable practice. Poor idle quality when cold is possibly due to other factors such as deposits on the valves or poor injector spray patterns. Try an injector cleaning agent in the fuel before you resort to taking off the manifold.
