Engine Mechanical problem
2000 Ford F250 V12 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 162300 miles

In the morning when I turnt he truck over it starts to go, then almost stalls, then will rev really high and start. It will then drive and idle fine as well as start normal throughout the rest of the day. What could be causing this?? Just had tuneup done 500 miles ago and had new plugs and boots installed as well as fuel filter.
