Its hard to explain but when i am in 4 lo i can be turning about 1000 rpm and when i give it any amount of pedal the rpms will jump to 1600 to 1800 and if i keep my foot in it it actually will work again and then it will slip again and it will keep doing this until i take my foot off the pedal but it doesnt have any more power it actually feels like when a automatic transmission is slipping?Im not sure how else to explain it.I dont have any problem with 4 hi.I took it to the shop that rebuilt the tranny and they said there is nothing wrong with the transfer case and the transmission. They told me the kinda felt what i was talking about but said it was nothing to worry about and to not drive it over 5 mph in lo.I disagree iv had it since new a never felt it before. |

I wish I had an easy answer for you, but I don't. The odd part about this is if the trans was going to sliip, it would be more likely to do it in 2 or 3 hi when there is more of a load on it. |
