Electrical problem

For months now I have had problems starting my truck. When I turn the key I can hear the starter solenoid clicking but it doesn't turn over. I even tried to jump start it but the same thing happened, so it is not the battery. Is it my solenoid or the starter itself? If I need to replace either, where are they located?
