Electrical problem
2000 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 104000 miles

After leaving my windows down during a flash flood my dashboard lights and headlights and rear lights are flashing constantly like the hazards light are on. What to do about this problem.

Had same problem with my 1999 . It went away when the car dried out. Mine stopped flashing whenever I put the headlamps to HI BEAM!?? i suspect a corroded connector on a body control module. But will leav it till it happens again. Switching the headlamps on should make them stop flashing so people dont think you are part of a funeral!
