Changing the rear 3 Spark plugs appears difficult (near impossible) without removing several components off the engine. Are there any tricks or special tools that would remedy this? Thanks

if you can pull it up onto two sets of ramps, you can get under the van and get to the plugs from behind the motor. this is not the safest way but works well. please take extra caution if you try it. i would take it to a repair shop and ask them to put it up on a rack. say you can't get it high enough so they will think you know what your talking about and not rip you off. always be safe, not sorry....vandragon

In my 97 caravan 3.3 engine I ended up taking of the coil packs. Then I had to take the intake manifold loose. I did not take it out. I couldn't take it out. I moved it to the drivers side to change one or two then moved it to the other side and changes the other one or 2. I forgot which side I removed 2 from.
Make sure you get Iridium park plugs or what ever will last the longest and new wires.
I think I bought a new intake manifold gasket also.

I found that ratchet socket wobble extensions work better than universal joints for finding and removing plugs in hard areas.. They have them at Az and Amazon so probably everywhere.
