Engine Performance problem

hi i have a couple of question i have a chysler 300m 2000 with 106.640 miles on it every morning when i turn my car on it smell like gas by the gas tank i had it check out but they couldnt find the problem i am very concern because i have a 2yr old daughter who inhaleing it can you tell me wht might it be? also my check engine light is on i had it scanned it say purge system flow low they checked the purge solenoid and it was ok and they checked the vaccum sorce and condtion of canister and lines was ok what can be the problem

sometimes, when the gas cap is not completely tight , the system cannot create a complete vacuum. make sure your cap is tight, i mean you need to here it click like its being stripped, or your cap could just be no good. try that. then have your engine light erased at autozone(for free). and let me know what happens
