Brakes problem
2000 Chevy Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 65000 miles

my right abs front brake sensor needs replaced or cleaned. I can not get the rotor off, the 4-15mm bolts on the back side of the rotor are too tight for my 1/2 inch impact, whats the deal?

one other note, this is a classic chasis being a 3500 in 2000.
