my 2000 chevy malibu check engine light keps comming on. put it on a computer and said it was fuel problem, so bought new fuel cap as instructed. but light came back on, so had it reset again. when tried to get inspection computer said monitors were not reading and it failed inspection. 1: HOW DO i FIX THE PROBLEM 2: AND IF IT NEEDS A COMPUTER WHERE IS IT LOCATED AND WHEN i CHANGE IT DO i NEED TO HAVE IT PROGRAMMED OR WILL IT START UP.
