2000 Chevy Malibu Car won't start

Electrical problem
2000 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I jacked up my car to look for a leak and found that the power steering pump is leaking, after putting it down it won't start the Theft system it blinking how do I reset the system to get the car to start.

place key in ignition turn it to on leave it on for about 10 min or so
light will stop blinking
