Heater problem

my heater fan is not working, the display shows the speed of the fan increascing and decreasing, but no blow. same result for A/C, and all the fuses check good. someone told me about a resistor behind the dash i should check but don't know where to look. I already have the glove box out as I was going to access the fan.

how should I proceed?

Start by using a test light at the blower motor to be sure it is getting power to it. If it isnt then it could be the fan speed resistor (located near the blower motor) If it is getting power, the blower motor is bad
