2000 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 66000 miles

I WOULD LIKE TO INSTALL FRONT AND REAR WINDOW REGULATORS/MOTORS FOR MY 2000 BUICK LESABRE. HOW DO I REMOVE THE DOOR PANELS AND INSTALL THE REGULATORS?
