2000 BMW 740 THE ENGINE LOST ALL COMPRESSION

Engine problem
2000 BMW 740 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 65000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
The car was running on the freeway and shut down.It lost all comperssion but the timing chains are OK. Never overheat but starting ,loosing power and down.
