Engine problem
2000 BMW 330 Manual 76000 miles

Hi, i got a 330ci, year 2000 with 76K on it. I am using Castrol 5W-30 for the engine as BMW states however i have to add 1 lt in every 1 - 1.5 months. What can be the problem and how can it be fixed?

Hi there,

Do you notice any smoke out the exhaust when starting up? is there any smoke when driving and backing off throttle? External oil leaks? advise if you can for a further assessment.
